Do you take money from factories?
No. Not fees, not commissions, not gifts, not meals, not travel. Our only income is the fee you pay us. This is contractual, and you may terminate immediately if it is breached. See Integrity Rules.
Why are you cheaper than QIMA or SGS?
They are global organisations with accreditation, laboratory networks and multi-country coverage — that scale costs money, and for certification-grade work they are the right choice. We are a specialist team: for supplier verification, factory audits and AQL inspections on consumer and industrial goods, you do not need that overhead. You do need judgement, which is what you are actually paying for.
Can one inspection guarantee my goods are perfect?
No, and be suspicious of anyone who says otherwise. Inspection is sampling: we draw a statistically defined sample and report what it shows. It catches systematic problems reliably and random defects probabilistically. We state this in every report.
Will you handle my payments to the factory?
No. We never receive, advance or hold your funds. You pay the factory directly, or through your platform. This removes the single biggest risk in agency relationships.
Where in China do you operate?
We are based in China and travel to the main manufacturing clusters — Guangdong (Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan), Zhejiang (Ningbo, Yiwu, Wenzhou), Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong and others. Travel is charged at cost with receipts, or as a fixed city package agreed in advance.
Do you work with my competitor?
Not within the same product line. We offer product-line exclusivity in the service agreement.
Can you help with certifications, freight or customs?
We advise and coordinate (accredited labs, forwarders), but we do not issue certificates, book freight as a licensed forwarder, or act as your customs broker. We will tell you clearly what falls outside our scope.
What do you need from me to start?
The product, specification or reference sample, expected volumes, target price, and the supplier you are considering (if any). A 30-minute consultation is usually enough to define the work.
How do you protect my information?
Mutual NDA, restricted access to files, no publication of client names or product photos without written consent. Reports can be issued under a client code instead of your company name.
